1. How does hashPRINT! work?

It's simple! Upload a photo on Instagram, add your predetermined #hashtag, and select the photo you wish to print from hashPRINT!'s interface!

2. Oh no, some of my guests do not have Instagram...

No Instagram? No problem! Our brand ambassadors will be happy to assist with our Busybody phones. We’ll upload the photos on Instagram on your guests' behalf! 

3. I'm from a marketing/PR agency *wink wink*

HashPRINT! has excellent digital marketing capabilities. We also have services to help spread marketing messages and materials. Contact us at [email protected] to find out more!

4. How long does it take for a print?

Our industrial-grade high-speed printer takes less than 8.9 seconds for a single print.

5. What is included in the package?

HashPRINT! includes unlimited instant prints, customised design overlay, choice of Printout size and 2 brand ambassadors to assist you and your guests.

6. How much space to you require for hashPRINT!?

HashPRINT! can fit on your cocktail table!

But we’d recommend a separate reception table. The additional space would make a beautiful display area for all your guests’ printed photos.

7. How do I confirm my booking?

Drop us an email at [email protected] with your event date, time and duration required and we’ll be delighted to follow up on the booking with you.

8. How much time is required for the set-up?

Our team arrives an hour prior to the service time to set up. The set-up takes less than 30 minutes to complete.

9. What else do I require for hashPRINT!

A power outlet within 10 metres of hashPRINT!'s location. But a flair for taking selfies would be helpful too!

10. What is the “photo design overlay”?

A photo design overlay is the design that accompanies your instant prints. This usually features the event information (event date/venue) and an image or logo. Our design overlays are customised for each event — so you’ll be assured that your event design overlay will not come from a set template.

11. How do I customise the photo's overlay design?

Upon returning the signed contract agreement and placing the reservation deposit, our friendly Busybody team will send detailed instructions (with samples) on how to customise your photo's design overlay. All design work is done by a Busybody designer.

12. Can I choose my printout size?

Definitely! We have 2 sizes available, 3R (89mm x 127mm) and card size (55mm x 89mm). 

13. How long does the design process take?

Upon returning us the design requirements, it takes up to 5 working days for your first draft. The entire process should take no more than 12 working days.
